Tektronix har lanceret to nye oscilloskop-serier: MDO3 og MSO4. Det er derfor nu muligt at få alle de nye features, samt den store touch-skærm fra MSO5- og 6-serien i et mid-end oscilloskop.
De to nye serier er designet med ingeniøren i tankerne og indeholder flere kanaler og den største touch-skærm i deres respektive klasser.
MSO4 Key specifications:
- 4 or 6 FlexChannel® inputs
- Each FlexChannel provides:
- One analog signal that can be displayed as a waveform view, a spectrum view 1, or both simultaneously
- Eight digital logic inputs with TLP058 logic probe
- 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz, 1 GHz, 1.5 GHz (upgradable) Bandwidth (all analog channels)
- Real-time: 6.25 GS/s Sample rate (all analog / digital channels)
- 31.25 Mpoints standard (62.5 Mpoints optional upgrade) Record length (all analog / digital channels)

- 12-bit ADC Vertical resolution
- Up to 16-bits in High Res mode
MDO3 Key specifications:
- 2 and 4 analog channel models
- 100 MHz, 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz, 1 GHz bandwidth models
- Bandwidth is upgradable (up to 1 GHz)
- Up to 5 GS/s sample rate
- 10 M record length on all channels
- >280,000 wfm/s maximum waveform capture rate
- Standard passive voltage probes with 3.9 pF capacitive loading and 250 MHz or 500 MHz analog bandwidth
