- New Product – Mouser Now Shipping Nexperia NEX1000xUB Power Supply ICs for TFT-LCD Applications
Mouser is now stocking NEX1000xUB power supply ICs from Nexperia. These new, space-saving, programmable, high-efficiency, dual-output LCD bias power supplies are designed for space-constrained applications, extending battery life and video display lifetime for smartphones, tablets, virtual reality (VR) headsets, and LCD modules. These power supply ICs combine an LDO regulator, an integrated boost converter, and a negative charge pump with an integrated active output discharge function to deliver programmable power supply efficiency in a wafer-level chip scale package (WLCSP), smaller than standard wafer level packages (1.16 mm × 1.96 mm × 0.62 mm, 0.4 mm pitch). The NEX1000xUB ICs feature I²C programmable asymmetric voltage outputs with programmable positive and negative output, from 80 mA dual output LCD bias (NEX10000UB) to 220 mA (NEX10001UB) output current. Both devices have an input voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.0 V and notably offer excellent line and load transient responses. These power supply ICs can operate from single-cell Li-ion, Ni-Li, or Li-Polymer batteries.

- New Product – Mouser Now Stocking Delta Electronics DMV-C Series Camera for Industrial Machine Vision Applications
Mouser is now shipping the DMV-C Series industrial camera from Delta Electronics. This industrial camera allows users to choose between global shutters or rolling shutters for dynamic, static, or high-speed capture. The camera is also offered in colour and monochrome variants, with resolutions from 720 × 540 to 5,472 × 3,648 for application design flexibility. The camera adopts a GigE Vision standard interface and an Ethernet connection for image transfer, with 64 MB image cache memory, to enable users to control various camera functions such as acquisition mode, adjusting frame rate, exposure value, and gain value, through an XML file. This industrial camera also provides a 6-pin I/O port, which contains an input signal and two output signals, for flexible, user-defined ROI and mirror output. The DMV-C Series camera applications are supported by GenICam™. The camera is CE, KC, UL, and RoHS certified and GigE Vision 2.0 compliant. The industrial camera provides users with a wide range of resolutions and monochrome or colour cameras, for use in industrial automation, OCR and OCV label verification, inventory counting, product serialisation and component grading, ID verification, and general machine vision applications.
