- New Product – Mouser Shipping New Renesas DA14592 BLE 5.2 SoCs for Wireless Connectivity with Best-in-Class Power Consumption
Mouser is now stocking the DA14592 Bluetooth® Low-Energy (BLE) 5.2 system-on-chip (SoC) with embedded flash from Renesas Electronics. This robust BLE-enabled SoC is designed for asset and activity tracking, human interface devices, data logging, high-end voice remote control units (RCU), and crowd-sourced locations for both Google and Apple. This SoC features multi-core processing with Arm® Cortex®-M33 and Arm Cortex-M0+ at 64 MHz for both application and configurable media access control (MAC) in a low-power (<3.5mA), small footprint solution. The multi-core DA14592 SoC combines 15-bit, 8-channel, sigma-delta analogue to digital converters (ADC), multiple general-purpose inputs and outputs (GPIOs), and optimised integration between on-chip memory (RAM/ROM/Flash) and SoC die size, for cost-effective performance across a broad range of applications. The DA14592 maintains Renesas’ leadership in low radio power consumption by leveraging its new low-power mode, enabling a radio transmit current of only 2.3 mA at 0 dBm and a radio receive current of 1.2 mA. The DA14592 typically requires only six external components, delivering best-in-class eBOM and offering the lowest solution cost and size. Its high accuracy on-chip RCX removes the need for an external, sleep mode crystal, with most applications only requiring a 32 MHz crystal. This SoC is supported by DA14592 development tools.

- New Product – Mouser Now Stocking MEAN WELL HRPG-1000N3 1000W Ultra-High Peak Power Supplies
Mouser is now shipping the HRPG-1000N3 1000W ultra-high peak power supplies from MEAN WELL. The HRP(G) series is a high-end enclosed-type industrial power supply designed with a double-sided layout PCB to provide engineers with a complete industrial power supply featuring a suite of extended peak power control functions. The HRPG-1000N3 series offers stable power in harsh industrial vibration or ambient temperature applications (up to +70°C) while also offering 320% peak power for higher wattage inductive or capacitive load applications requiring higher startup power without requiring additional wattage. These single-output AC/DC devices provide a high efficiency of >94%, a wide input voltage range of 90 to 264 volts, and different outputs with 2, 24, 36, and 48-volt models for a variety of industrial equipment while offering identical mechanical dimensions as the previous HRP(G) series, making replacement upgrades easy. These ultra-high peak power supplies are cooled by a built-in fan with speed control and include auxiliary power, remote sense, and remote on-off control for related monitoring functions that can be used in combination with human-machine interface or automation control. The new HRP(G)-150/300/600/1000N3 series complies with UL/IEC/EN 62368-1 certification so that it can be operated with various mechanical or electronic equipment. Applications include industrial automation, mechanical and electrical equipment, emergency lighting systems, test and measurement instruments, laser-related machines and more.

- New Event – Mouser to Empower Innovation for All at AMPER 2024
