Mouser announced it has received the 2023 Connectivity President’s Award by Cinch Connectivity Solutions, a Bel Group Company. - New Product – Mouser Now Shipping Infineon Technologies OPTIGA Trust M MTR Security Solution for IoT Applications
Mouser is now stocking the new OPTIGA™ Trust M MTR from Infineon Technologies. The OPTIGA Trust M MTR is a discrete security solution that works with any microcontroller (MCU) or system-on-chip (SoC) and features secured Matter compatibility for consumer electronics, smart homes, drones, building automation, and industrial control applications. The OPTIGA Trust M MTR is tamper-resistant hardware certified to Common Criteria (CC) EAL6+ (high), featuring up to 10kB user memory, an I2C interface with a shielded connection, and four monotonic up counters. The OPTIGA Trust M MTR allows OEMs to download and inject their device attestation certificate (DAC) at a later stage, right up until the start of production, without exposing the private key. This means Product IDs do not have to be decided upfront when the reel is being ordered or manufactured. This gives OEMs greater flexibility in deciding on product variants after ordering the security chips. Infineon Technologies OPTIGA Trust M MTR Shield is used to evaluate the OPTIGA Trust M security solutions. This development tool comes in a mikroBUS layout, which enables easy prototyping with MPU and MCU platforms. The OPTIGA Trust M MTR Shield is compatible with the Qwiic ecosystem and is CC EAL 6+ certified. This shield comes in a compact size and can be paired with the PSoC™ 62S2 Wi-Fi® BT pioneer kit and OPTIGA Trust adapter.
