The RA4M2 microcontrollers from Renesas Electronics combine very low active power (80µA/MHz) with high performance and enhanced security, and are ideal for industrial and IoT applications. Based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 with TrustZone® technology, they also include Renesas’ Secure Crypto Engine.

- New Product – Now at Mouser, Osram’s First UV-C LEDs
Mouser is now stocking the Osion UV 3636 LEDs from Osram Opto Semiconductors. The Osion UV 3636 is Osram’s first UV-C LED and enables designers to incorporate them in air, water and surface disinfection and purification, in addition to other medical applications. They are available in low- and mid-power versions in a robust ceramic package.

- New Product – Mouser Now Stocking ams AS6221 for Wearables
The AS6221 from ams is a digital temperature sensor with ADC and DSP, measuring just 1.5mm by 1.0mm. It has been designed for use in wearable applications that require high accuracy, such as measuring skin temperature. Accuracy is ± 0.09° C in the 20° C to 42° C range, with an operating current of just 6µA.
