- New Product – Mouser Now Stocking STMicroelectronics New 64-Bit Microprocessor, Enabling Advanced and Secure Edge AI Applications
Mouser is now offering the STM32MP25 microprocessors (MPU) from STMicroelectronics. The STM32MP25 MPUs are industrial-grade 64-bit solutions for secure Industry 4.0/5.0 and advanced edge computing applications that require high-end multimedia capabilities, such as factory automation, artificial intelligence (AI), machine vision, smart homes, smart cities and infrastructure. These MPUs are based on a high-performance single or dual-core Arm® Cortex®-A35 64-bit RISC core operating at up to 1.5 GHz. The devices also embed a Cortex-M33 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 400 MHz frequency. In addition, there is a graphics processor (GPU), a neural processor (NPU), and a video processor (VPU). AI workloads can run on the CPU, GPU, or NPU, depending on processor loading and application demands, for optimal performance and energy efficiency. The high efficiency of these MPUs permits system designs to go without active cooling, gaining advantages such as smaller size, silent operation, greater reliability, and reduced power consumption. The STM32MP25 includes a wide range of interfaces, including up to three Gigabit Ethernet ports with a 2-port switch and support for Ethernet time-sensitive networking (TSN). The STM32MP25 devices leverage ST’s proprietary secure hardware, anti-tamper controls, protected firmware, and secure provisioning, working with Arm’s TrustZone® architecture to keep sensitive data and keys secret. The STM32MP257F-EV1 evaluation board is also available to order from Mouser.

- New Product – Mouser Now Shipping Infineon’s HybridPACK Drive G2 Modules, Delivering Scalable Performance for EV Traction Inverters
Mouser is now stocking the HybridPACK™ Drive G2 modules from Infineon Technologies. The HybridPACK Drive G2 Modules are efficient automotive power modules for traction inverters in electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid electric vehicles (HEV). These modules build on the HybridPACK Drive G1, delivering higher power density while maintaining the same compact module size. The modules incorporate Infineon’s next-generation EDT3 (Si IGBT) and CoolSiC™ G2 MOSFET chip technologies for scalable performance. The easy-to-use power modules boast a range of advanced features that enable system cost improvements, including sensor integration options and on-chip temperature sensing. The HybridPACK Drive G2 modules also offer several package enhancements for better performance and product life. Improved pin rivets ensure robustness over the entire temperature range, and a PinFin baseplate allows for direct cooling. The modules deliver a power range of up to 300 kW within the 750V and 1200V classes, and offer improved thermal conductivity and high durability, ideal for harsh environments. The HybridPACK Drive G2 SiC provides superior gate oxide and cosmic ray reliability and reduces inverter losses by two-thirds compared to state-of-the-art IGBT solutions.
