- New Product – Mouser Now Offering Molex MX150 Pass-Through Sealed Connectors, Enabling Next-Generation Automotive and Industrial Applications
Mouser is now stocking the MX150 pass-through sealed connectors from Molex. Part of the company’s family of robust and reliable MX150 automotive connectors, the MX150 pass-through sealed connectors address the industry’s increasing demand for high reliability in electric motors for next-generation automotive and industrial applications. This cost-effective solution offers a superior and proven sealed panel-mounted connector that delivers an oil-resistant connection for sealed wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations in oil-cooled motors and related resolver/transformer and negative temperature coefficient (NTC) temperature sensors. These connectors incorporate the rugged and field-tested MX150 form factor to help make design assembly simpler and secure while offering a reduced package size over traditional USCAR connectors. The devices have a maximum voltage of 14VDC and a maximum current of 12A. They are configured based on a 12-circuit, dual-row stackable 2-by-3 connector design, including a connector for the temperature sensor assembly and a connector for the rotary transformer assembly. The stackable design provides procurement flexibility and reduces supply chain risks compared to other solutions. The connectors feature an IP6K9K and GMW3191-S3 seal rating and GMW3191-V5 vibration rating per GWM3191 standards. Superior sealing performance is obtained using potting in the terminal interface and a unique two-ring seal option that delivers improved reliability and ensures consistent connectivity over single-ring-sealed connectors.

- New Product – Mouser Now Stocking the Luminus Devices XBT-3535 UVB/UVC Surface Mount LEDs for Disinfection, Horticulture and Medical Apps
Mouser is now shipping the XBT-3535 UVB/UVC surface mount LEDs from Luminus Devices. These LEDs offer several wavelengths that deliver massive improvements in overall performance, surface disinfection efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The XBT-3535 UVB/UVC LEDs expand upon the company’s existing UVA and near-UV portfolio by adding Gen2 wavelengths in the UVC range of 265 nm and 275 nm, as well as new UBV options in the 285 nm, 308 nm and 340 nm range. Available in mid and high-power options, the integrated chip-on-board design of the Gen2 XBT-3535 series offers maximum adaptability, optimum cooling and easy system integration into a broad range of UVB- and UVC-based LED designs, providing a luminous/radiant flux range of 14mW to 70mW and a forward voltage range of 4.6V to 6.2V. The XBT-3535 UVB/UVC LEDs are offered in a 3.5 mm x 3.5 mm package with an optically transparent window (1414; 3535 metric size). The LEDs are presented in forward current options of 150mA, 500mA or 800mA. The devices are RoHS and REACH compliant and have an 8000V ESD sensitivity based on ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 3B) standards. Target applications include analytical instruments for life sciences and medical equipment, UV curing, blood gas measurements, phototherapy, solar panel testers, water/air/surface disinfection, fluorescence spectroscopy, horticulture, healthcare, and food and pharmaceutical processing.

The Tungsten510 SMARC includes a Genio 510 processor and Sona™ MT320 Wi-Fi® 6/Bluetooth® 5.4 radio, paired with high-performance LPDDR4 RAM and eMMC storage. The Tungsten510 balances power efficiency with peak computing performance by combining a 2.0GHz dual-core Arm® Cortex®-A78 and quad-core 2.0GHz Arm Cortex-A55. Combined with an Ezurio universal SMARC carrier board, the Tungsten510 functions as a single-board computer (SBC), accelerating time to market. The SOM also features a dedicated AI accelerator capable of delivering up to 2.8 TOPS for high-performance edge machine learning tasks. The Tungsten510 SMARC supports smartphone-level UIs and 3D performance with an Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU and dual displays for 4K60 and FHD60 resolutions. The Tungsten510 SMARC provides excellent Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Classic/LE connectivity, including in challenging environments. The SMARC also supports WPA3-Enterprise to provide additional security for networks transmitting sensitive data. The Tungsten510 SMARC SOMs have global radio approvals and carry several modular approvals, including FCC, IC, CE, and Bluetooth SIG. The Tungsten510 SMARC is an efficient solution for smart cameras, industrial IoT, autonomous robots and vehicles, vision systems, and other embedded applications.
