- New Product – Mouser Stocking New Sensirion SEN6x Air Quality Sensors for Simplified Indoor Air Quality Monitoring
Mouser is now shipping the SEN6x air quality sensors from Sensirion. Combining multiple sensors in a never-before-seen form factor, the innovative design of the sensors simplifies integration, reduces costs, and enables customisation in design. These sensors reduce time-to-market and cost of ownership for applications like air quality control, smart homes, building automation, variable air volume (VAV) controllers, and air purifiers. These air quality sensors can measure up to nine environmental parameters (PM1, PM2.5, PM4, PM10, RH, T, VOC Index, NOx Index, CO2 or HCHO). The central component of the SEN6x platform is a miniaturised MEMS-based particulate matter sensing unit that integrates all the necessary building blocks for measuring PM1, PM2.5, PM4, and PM10. The compact sensors measure particulate matter or a comprehensive range of air quality parameters, such as temperature, humidity, volatile organic compounds, nitrogen oxides, CO2, or formaldehyde. By eliminating the need for multiple sensor integrations and complex optimisations, the SEN6x air quality sensors allow customers to focus on their core competencies and create user-friendly devices. The SEN6x is suitable for applications requiring compliance with IAQ standards, such as RESET®, WELL Building Standard™ and California Title 24 Building Energy Efficiency Standards. With an operating temperature range of -10°C to +50°C, the sensors can operate continuously, 24 hours per day, for more than 10 years. The Sensirion SEN6x air quality sensors are supported by the Sensirion SEK-SEN66 evaluation kit, also available from Mouser.

- New Product – Mouser Now Shipping onsemi Acuros CQD SWIR Cameras for AI, Industrial, Automotive, Agricultural and Medical Applications
Mouser is now offering Acuros® CQD® shortwave infrared (SWIR) cameras from onsemi. The Acuros® CQD® cameras provide high-resolution imaging and sensing capabilities across the visible, near-infrared (NIR), and shortwave infrared (SWIR) spectrum for machine vision, security, industrial, thermography, automotive, agricultural, and medical imaging. The Acuros CQD camera feature 400nm to 1,700nm broadband image sensor technology based on colloidal quantum dot (CQD) thin film photodiodes fabricated monolithically on silicon readout wafers. The cameras offer high frame rates, global shutter operation, and up to 70dB of dynamic range. These cameras are available in a variety of Acuros sensor sizes. The camera includes USB3 Vision, GigE Vision and CameraLink interfaces to provide end users with the flexibility of programmable frame time, exposure time, gain modes, window modes, binning modes, and more. Designed for use in multi-tool imaging systems, the Acuros CQD cameras are compatible with a wide range of SWIR lenses and can be operated by an internal clock or externally triggered via software or a hardware TTL trigger input. The Acuros CQD cameras have EAR-99 export classification, which requires no license for global export.

- New Product – Mouser Now Offering Texas Instruments LP5899-Q1 Automotive LED Driver, Supporting SPI-Compatible Connectivity
Mouser is now stocking the LP5899-Q1 automotive LED driver from Texas Instruments. The SPI-compatible device features an internal oscillator for generating the continuous clock required by the LP589x-Q1 family. The LP5899-Q1 LED driver is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications and ideal for SPI-compatible connectivity in LP5891-Q1 and LP5892-Q1 devices. This automotive LED driver enables control of the LP589x-Q1 device family using a standard SPI controller. The LP589x-Q1 device family includes the LP5891-Q1, a highly integrated, common-cathode LED matrix driver for use in luminous LED panels, local dimming backlights, and other automotive applications. The LP5899-Q1 LED driver improves system reliability by incorporating fault reporting for the LP589x-Q1 daisy chain and LP5899-Q1 internal operations. Diagnostic features include open-drain FAULT pin, SPI communication loss detection, CRC for SPI communication, and CCSI data integrity. The LP5899-Q1 device can drive multiple LED drivers from the LP589x-Q1 family, with the maximum number of cascaded devices determined by the LED driver. The LP5899-Q1 driver features an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C temperature range, making it a suitable choice for demanding automotive environments.

- New Product – Mouser Now Shipping Phoenix Contact’s FL WLAN 1021/1121 Wi-Fi Modules, Providing Secure and Reliable Connectivity For Industrial Automation
Mouser is now offering the FL WLAN 1021/1121 Wi-Fi® modules from Phoenix Contact. Using high-performance Wi-Fi 6 technology (IEEE 802.11ax), the FL WLAN 1021/1121 modules provide secure and reliable wireless connectivity for industrial applications and automation. These Wi-Fi modules support a 2.4GHz to 5GHz frequency band, 9 to 32 VDC supply voltage range, and net data throughput of >600 Mbps. Orthogonal frequency-division multiple access (OFDMA) and basic service set (BSS) colouring significantly improve performance, reliability, and real-time communication. The versatile Wi-Fi modules are backward-compatible with older WLAN standards such as Wi-Fi 4. The Wi-Fi modules’ compact size saves space in automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and mobile robots, while the all-in-one design simplifies mounting and installation. With an upgraded processor, these modules deliver a responsive web interface, faster startup time, and consistent performance, even while in Network Address Translation (NAT) mode. These Wi-Fi modules feature internal antennas or connectors for external antennas. The modules support an ambient temperature range of -30°C to 60°C and a non-condensing humidity range of 5% to 95%. Furthermore, these modules are ideal for video surveillance, connecting smart devices to machines, connecting devices to existing WLAN networks, and communication between AGVs.
